Booking Requirements 

• We require a 50% deposit to secure and confirm your booking, the balance will be due upon arrival.
• We also require a $250 security deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
  • Security deposits will be used to cover damages, extra cleaning fees or late departures 


Cancellations

• Cancellations made two months before your arrival date will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival date will receive rainchecks for another date.
• Cancellations less than 3 weeks in advance can not be refunded.
